Update Your Contact Email Verification Update Additional Meter Accounts

Visit the Update Your Contact Page:
https://www.sarawakgas.com/services/customers/update-your-contact

Complete the Customer Contact Update Form.

  • Personal Information
    • Registered Customer Name: As printed on the bill.
    • WhatsApp Number: Malaysian number only (Format: 0123339999).
    • Email Address: A valid email (used for verification).
  • Meter Account Information
    • Account No.
    • Service No.

    You can find your Account No., and Service No. on your latest bill, located under the Account Information section. For a visual guide, please refer to the Billing & Payment – (3) Account Information section on our website.

Consent & Submission

  • Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Complete the reCAPTCHA verification.
  • Click the “SUBMIT” button.

Submission Confirmation & Verification Email

Once you submit the form, you will see the following success message:

You will then receive a verification email from Sarawak Gas Distribution Sdn Bhd (SGD Customer Care). 

Please check your email and complete the verification process.

Check Your Email

Look for an email titled "Sarawak Gas – Please verify your email."

Click Verify Email

Click the "Verify Email" link in the email to confirm your email address.
⚠️ The verification link is only valid for 60 minutes.

If you see the error message shown below:

Click the "Request a New Verification Link" to send a new verification email.

Verification Successful

Once verified, your email address will be confirmed and linked to your SGD account.

 

Update Additional Meter Accounts

For customers who have multiple meter accounts and have already submitted an update once, submitting the form for a second (or additional) meter account:

  • If your email is VERIFIED
    The following message will appear:

    No additional submission is needed for the second or other meter accounts. The update will automatically apply to all meter accounts linked to the same customer.
  • If your email is NOT VERIFIED
    The following message will appear:

    You may Check Your Email to verify your email, OR click "Resend Verification" to request a new verification email.
