How-To Read Bill

1Biller Information

Information about the company that issued this bill. Company name, company registration and address.

2Customer Information

The information of billed customer. Registered Customer name and address.

3Account and Bill Information

  • Account No: Each premise is assigned with unique account number.
  • Meter No: The meter serial number.
  • Service No: The service number assigned to the account.
  • Bill No: Each bill has 11 digits and is always an unique number.  
  • Month Billed: The billing month. Indicator to Actual or Estimate reading.
  • Date of Issue: Date the bill is issued.

4JomPAY: Biller Details

How to Pay via JomPAY:

  • Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your bill.
  • Log in to your Internet or Mobile Banking and make payment to your account number.
  • Fill in the Biller Code, Account Number and Handphone Number.

5SPay Global: QR Code

How to Pay via SPay:

  • Open the SPay Global mobile application.
  • Select the “Scan & Pay” feature.
  • Scan the SPay QR code shown on your bill.
  • Confirm the payment to complete the transaction.

6Your Gas Bill

  • Total Amount Due: Total outstanding amount in the current bill.
  • Pay Before: The last date to settle the bill to avoid a surcharge.

7Meter Reading

The meter reading for the current and previous months.

8Units Consumed

  • M3: The amount of gas consumed in M3.
  • MMBTU: The amount of energy consumed in the MMBTU measurement unit.

9GHV MMBTU/M3

Gross Heating Value is the maximum amount of energy MMBTU per M3.

10Tariff Code

Indicate the gas pressure and charging rate per MMBTU for different properties (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).

11Summary of Charges

  • Charges for the Month: Current month charges.
  • Surcharge: Additional charges for late payment.
  • Service Charge: Additional charges for requested services, if available.
  • Other Charge: Other additional charges, if available.
  • Rounding: Rounding adjustment.

12Total Amount Due

Current month charges.
