Register Your SGD Customer Portal Account

Go to the SGD Customer Portal page:
https://sarawakgas.jombill.io/client/pages/login

Click the “Register” button.

Fill in the form under the “Create Account” tab:

  • Email: Enter a valid email address (this will be used for login).
  • Mobile: Enter your WhatsApp mobile number (format: 0123339999).
  • Password: Create a password that includes:
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * _ + - = [ ] { } ; ' : " \ | , . ( ) < > / ?)
    • A minimum of 8 characters
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password for confirmation.

Tick the “I accept the Terms & Conditions” checkbox, then click the “Register” button.

You will receive a verification email. Click the “Verify Email Address” button in the email.

6 Your account has now been successfully registered. Please log in using your registered details.

 

Access Your SGD Customer Portal Account

Go to the SGD Customer Portal Login page:

Enter your login credentials:

  • Email Address or Mobile Number: Enter the email address or mobile number you used during registration.
  • Password: Enter the password you created during registration.

OTP Verification

  • A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number, depending on the login method used.
  • Enter the 6-digit OTP and click 'Verify OTP' to proceed.
4 You will be redirected to the homepage upon successful login.

 

Reset Your SGD Customer Portal Password

Forgot your password?

On the SGD Customer Portal Login page, click “Forgot Password”.

Enter your registered email address or WhatsApp mobile number, then click the “Recover” button.

You will receive reset instructions via email or WhatsApp. Click the “Reset Password” button in the message.

Please complete this step within 60 minutes.

You will be redirected to the Reset Password page. Enter your new password:

  • Password must include:
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * _ + - = [ ] { } ; ' : " \ | , . ( ) < > / ?)
    • A minimum of 8 characters
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password for confirmation.
  • Click the “Reset” button.
    Your password has now been successfully reset.
    You may log in to your account using your new password.

 

View, Download, and Print Your Bill

Go to the Homepage.

Click the “View Bill” button.

Your bill will open in a new browser tab.

4 Click the Download “” icon at the top-right corner of the page to save a copy of your bill.

Click the Print” icon at the top-right corner of the page to print your bill.

 

Make Payment via SPay

Go to the Homepage.

Click the “Pay with SPay” button.

You will be directed to the Payment Details page. 

Enter your email address, then click the “Proceed” button.

QR Payment

  • On the QR Payment page, scan the QR code to complete your payment.
  • After making the payment, click the “Check Payment Status” to confirm your transaction.

 

Add and Link an Account

Go to the Homepage.

Click the “All Account(s)” dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the Your Gas Usage History section.

Click the “Add Account” button. The Link an Account pop-out will appear.

Link an Account

  • Step 1: Enter your account number, then click “Next”.
  • Step 2: Confirm your account details, then click “Next”.
  • Step 3: Select your preferred verification method from the dropdown menu, then click “Send Verification”.
    • Email Verification: Choose your valid email address to receive verification via email.
      OR
    • Mobile Verification: Choose your WhatsApp number to receive verification via WhatsApp.

    Don’t have access to email or WhatsApp? Click “here” to proceed to the enquiry form instead.

    You will be redirected to the Enquiry page. Enter your message in the “Message / Description” box and click “Submit Enquiry”.


    Wait for a response. Once received, repeat Steps 1-3.

  • Step 4: The Verification Required pop-up will appear.

Account Verification

You will receive a verification email. Click the “Verify & Link Account” button.

Return to the SGD Customer Portal.

Your account has been successfully linked. Click “Close”.

 

View Account Details

Go to the Homepage.

Click the “View Account Details” button.

Choose your tenancy from the dropdown menu. Your account details will appear.

Click the “Account Information” tab.

Your Account Information will now be displayed.

 

View Your Bill & Payment History

Go to the Account Details page and click the “Bill & Payment History” tab.

Your Bill & Payment History will appear.

Click the “View” button on your selected payment to view the payment details. 

    Status Notes:

    • SENT: Bill(s) already sent to WhatsApp or Email.
    • SAVED: Bill(s) saved in the system but not sent.

    The Official Receipt will appear in a new tab.

     

    View Your Reading History

    Go to Account Details page and click on the “Reading History” tab.

    Your Reading History will now be displayed.

     

    View Your Invoice

    1

    Go to Account Details page and click on the “Invoice” tab.

    Your invoice list will appear. Click the “View” button on your selected invoice.

      Your selected invoice will appear in a new tab.

       

      View Your Statement

      Go to Account Details page and click on the “Statement” tab.

      2

      Select your desired date.

      Click the “View” button.

      The list of statements will be displayed based on the selected date.

       

      Submit an Enquiry

      Click the “Enquiry” option at the top left of the portal.

      2

      Fill in the enquiry form:

      • Full Name: Enter your full name.
      • Email Address: Enter a valid email address.
      • Phone: Enter your mobile number (Format: 0123339999).
      • Enquiry Type: Select the relevant option from the dropdown menu.
      • Message / Description: Describe your enquiry.
      • Attachment (if applicable): Upload supporting documents (PDF, PNG, or JPG format, maximum 3MB per file).

      Click the “Submit Enquiry” button. Your enquiry has been successfully submitted.

       

      Edit Your Profile

      Change General Information

      • Click the “Edit Profile” option at the top left of the portal.
      • Click “General” on the left menu.
      • Upate the following details as needed:
        • Name: Enter your full name.
        • Email: Enter your new email address.
        • Mobile: Enter your new mobile number (Format: 0123339999).
        • Choose Photo (if applicable): Choose or upload your new profile photo.
      • Click the “Save Changes” button.

      Change Password

      • Click the “Edit Profile” option at the top left of the portal.
      • Click “Change Password” on the left menu.
      • Fill the following details as needed:
        • Old Password: Enter your current password.
        • New Password: Enter your new password.
        • Retype New Password: Re-enter your new password for confirmation.
      • Click the “Save Changes” button.

      Your password has been successfully changed. Please use your new password for future logins.

       

      Manage your Account

      Click the “Manage Account” option at the top left of the portal.

      2

      Click the “Unlink” button under “Actions” for the Account you want to remove.

      3

      Click the “Yes, unlink account!” button. The account will be successfully removed.

       

      Logout from the Portal

      1

      Click your “Profile at the top right of the portal.

      2

      Click the “Logout” option. You will be successfully logged out.
